One of two men injured early Sunday when their car hit a dump truck and burst into flames on Old Frankfort Pike has died.

Lexington police said the driver of the vehicle, Leon-Aquino Montesinos, 28, of Lexington, died at 10:21 p.m. Sunday at University of Kentucky Hospital. Police had initially been given another name for Montesinos.

A passenger, Adrian Tellez, 30, of Louisville, also was injured and was taken to UK Hospital. Tellez was listed in serious condition Monday afternoon.
